I do mention that dreaded word EXERCISE!!  Yeah, I suggest 30-45 mins per day, but if you find it hard now to just get off the couch, then please try 10 mins & in no time you'll be loving exercise!  Try out my exercise converter to see what you’re really burning!  Also the Health-Calculator is great to work out your daily net Energy Deficit (ie will you lose weight this week!)

I take a re-look at Meal Replacements—those with a transitional or maintenance plan—is this achievable?
Note that ALL OF MY RECIPES are based around a 1,200 calorie diet, with lunches & dinners matching the required 300-350 calories for Optifast.

Perhaps try the dinners for lunch & vice-versa so you can “eat like a queen for breakfast, prince for lunch & pauper for dinner”.
I have also added a new section: “Masterchef Light Recipes” - recipes inspired by the TV Show we all LOVE, but with 10% of the fat—aghhhhh!  Pasta Carbonara is the first one—yumm!  Recommend a recipe to be modified & published on MMWL.
