And yes .. I do mention that dreaded word EXERCISE!! Yeah, I suggest 30-45 mins per day, but if you find it hard now to just get off the couch, then please try 10 mins & in no time you'll be loving exercise! Try out my exercise converter to see what you’re really burning! Also the Health-Calculator is great to work out your daily net Energy Deficit (ie will you lose weight this week!)
